Exciting developments
Well, it's all going on here at Joint Equity!
Right now we're waiting to receive our new funding allocation, which means we'll soon be able to help more of you to buy your homes and take your first steps into property investment.
For me, it's particularly exciting, as I'm planning to convert my own buy-to-let property into a Joint Equity home for one of my current tenants. I'm so happy she'll gain some security, in a property that she loves, and that I get the management issues taken off my hands - without having to sell the whole thing. Bliss!
So, now is the time to start looking for a new property, as this can take quite a while. By the time you've found the right place for you, we should have our next allocation of mortgage funding ready to go, and you can request an illustration and start the buying process.
We've got lots of Investors ready to join in the purchase process with you, and if you email us with your contact details (we only need your email address, not your inside-leg measurement or anything! LOL) we'll let you know as soon as we've finalised our funding.
